  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
  2. Promote and sell Stryker's injury and infection prevention products and solutions to healthcare facilities.
  3. Attend and participate in sales meetings, trainings, and conferences to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.
  4. Utilize effective sales techniques to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
  7. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals to showcase the benefits and features of Stryker's products.
  8. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify potential areas for growth.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the company's CRM system.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to support new product launches and initiatives.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  12. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
