  1. Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth for the ENT division.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote Stryker's products and services.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  4. Attend industry conferences and events to network and promote Stryker's offerings.
  5. Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively convey the value and benefits of Stryker's products to clients.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
  7. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure customer needs are met.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth, and actively participate in training programs provided by Stryker.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  13. Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
