- Assist in achieving sales targets and goals for the ENT division.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales data.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products and pricing.
- Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Travel to various locations within the assigned territory as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker and promote the company's values and mission.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Continuously strive to learn and improve in order to contribute to the overall success of the ENT division and Stryker as a whole.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Travel And Work Independently.
Prior Experience In Sales Or Customer Service.
Knowledge Of Medical Devices And/Or The Healthcare Industry.
