We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Sales Representative for our ENT division. As an Associate Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced sales professionals and gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of medical sales.   1. Assist in achieving sales targets and goals for the ENT division.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any issues or concerns.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales data.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products and pricing.
  10. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  11. Travel to various locations within the assigned territory as needed.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker and promote the company's values and mission.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to learn and improve in order to contribute to the overall success of the ENT division and Stryker as a whole.
