  1. Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals in the ENT field.
  2. Promote and sell Stryker's ENT products to potential and existing customers.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors and market conditions to inform sales tactics.
  6. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.

  8. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate product information and build relationships with clients.
  9. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Stryker's products.
  10. Continuously seek out new opportunities and potential customers to expand the company's customer base.
  11. Maintain accurate and organized sales records and reports.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to provide feedback and insights from the field.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of ethical standards.
  14. Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge and keep up-to-date with advancements in the medical industry.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In Sales Or Customer Service, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Medical Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Anatomy And Physiology, Particularly Related To The Ear, Nose, And Throat.
