  1. Act as a sales representative for Stryker's ENT division, promoting and selling our innovative medical devices to healthcare professionals and institutions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  3. Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and improve sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure effective and efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
  5. Participate in product demonstrations, presentations, and trainings to educate customers on the features and benefits of our products.
  6. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  7. Travel to various locations to attend conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote Stryker's products and build relationships.
  8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends for reporting and analysis.
  9. Continuously learn about Stryker's products, industry trends, and sales techniques to enhance knowledge and performance.
  10. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure ethical and professional conduct at all times.
