- Conduct market research and identify potential customers for the Craniomaxillofacial division.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and promote brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales goals.
- Present product information and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and identify potential opportunities.
- Utilize CRM system to track and manage customer interactions, sales leads, and sales activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in product training and attend conferences and tradeshows to stay informed about product updates and advancements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and distribute sales materials and promotional campaigns.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Craniomaxillofacial division.
- Continuously learn and develop knowledge about the company's products and services to effectively communicate and educate customers.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Travel to meet with customers and attend sales meetings, conferences, and events as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador by upholding the company's values and promoting a positive image of Stryker.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical behavior in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Ability To Travel Frequently And Work Independently.
Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry
