  1. Actively engage in sales activities to achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, hospital staff, and other key decision makers.
  3. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Stryker's products and services, and effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers and drive sales.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales within the assigned territory.
  6. Regularly analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities, including customer interactions and sales data, using the company's CRM system.
  8. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  10. Consistently adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  11. Travel within the assigned territory to meet with customers and attend sales events.
  12. Represent Stryker and its products at industry events and trade shows.
  13. Keep up-to-date with competitor products and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  14. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  15. Embody the company's values and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Job Qualifications
