  1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.
  2. Understand and promote the features and benefits of our Craniomaxillofacial products to healthcare professionals.
  3. Learn and stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
  4. Effectively manage and grow a designated territory through strategic planning and execution.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  7. Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote the company's products.
  8. Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
  9. Act as a liaison between customers and the company, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  10. Continuously seek out new business opportunities and ways to expand the company's customer base.
  11. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the Craniomaxillofacial division.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
  13. Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  15. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the sales team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Previous Experience In A Sales Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers And Internal Team Members.

  • Knowledge Of The Craniomaxillofacial Market And Products, As Well As An Understanding Of Surgical Procedures And Techniques.
