  1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Stryker's products and services within the Craniomaxillofacial division.
  2. Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to promote Stryker's products and services.
  4. Understand and analyze market trends and competitor activity in order to make strategic recommendations.
  5. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  6. Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to learn best practices and techniques for selling Stryker's products.
  7. Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Stryker's products to potential customers.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
  9. Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  10. Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
  11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  12. Continuously update knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
  13. Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  14. Travel to various locations to meet with customers and attend conferences and trade shows.
  15. Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
