- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Stryker's products and services within the Craniomaxillofacial division.

- Understand and analyze market trends and competitor activity in order to make strategic recommendations.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
- Collaborate with experienced sales professionals to learn best practices and techniques for selling Stryker's products.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of Stryker's products to potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Utilize sales data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Represent Stryker in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
- Travel to various locations to meet with customers and attend conferences and trade shows.

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
1-2 Years Of Experience In Medical Sales Or A Related Field.
Knowledge Of The Medical Device Industry And Understanding Of Craniomaxillofacial Products.
