- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Stryker's products and solutions in order to effectively promote and sell them to potential and existing clients in the healthcare industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and other stakeholders to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to effectively showcase the benefits and features of Stryker's products and solutions to potential and existing clients
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors in order to identify potential sales opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge of Stryker's products and solutions
- Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, representing the company with integrity and professionalism at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction with Stryker's products and solutions

Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Previous Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
