• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Stryker's products and solutions in order to effectively promote and sell them to potential and existing clients in the healthcare industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and other stakeholders to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
• Utilize strong communication and presentation skills to effectively showcase the benefits and features of Stryker's products and solutions to potential and existing clients
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics in order to achieve and exceed sales targets
