  1. Lead and manage projects within the R&D team, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and regulatory to ensure alignment and coordination of project goals.
  3. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, regularly communicating progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
  4. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  5. Facilitate project meetings, providing clear agendas, action items, and follow-up to keep projects on track.
  6. Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project materials and resources.
  7. Assist with project documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness for regulatory and compliance purposes.
  8. Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying opportunities for cost-saving measures.
  9. Proactively identify and resolve any project issues or conflicts, escalating to senior management when necessary.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to contribute to the development of innovative products.
  11. Mentor and train junior project team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  12. Embody the company's values and mission, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment within the R&D team.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of R&D Processes And Experience With Product Development Life Cycle.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion, While Meeting Timelines And Budget Constraints.
