- Lead and manage projects within the R&D team, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and regulatory to ensure alignment and coordination of project goals.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, regularly communicating progress and potential roadblocks to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Facilitate project meetings, providing clear agendas, action items, and follow-up to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of project materials and resources.
- Assist with project documentation and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness for regulatory and compliance purposes.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Business, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of R&D Processes And Experience With Product Development Life Cycle.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Projects From Initiation To Completion, While Meeting Timelines And Budget Constraints.
