  1. Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and resources needed for successful execution.
  3. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
  4. Identify and proactively address potential project risks and issues.
  5. Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
  6. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project scope and objectives.
  7. Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration and accountability.
  8. Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.
  9. Conduct project evaluations and make recommendations for process improvements.
  10. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  12. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project management staff.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
  14. Represent the company and its projects in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Medical Device Industry

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing R&D Projects From Concept To Commercialization

  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Processes For Medical Device Development And Approval.
