
Associate Project Manager, R&D

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and resources needed for successful execution.
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Identify and proactively address potential project risks and issues.
- Manage project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate team meetings and encourage collaboration and accountability.
- Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals.
- Conduct project evaluations and make recommendations for process improvements.

Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Project Management, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Project Management Within The Medical Device Industry
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing R&D Projects From Concept To Commercialization
Excellent Communication, Leadership, And Problem-Solving Skills
Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Processes For Medical Device Development And Approval.
