  1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication strategies.
  3. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify key communication opportunities and challenges.
  5. Work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute internal and external communications strategies.
  6. Write and edit various forms of communication, including press releases, internal memos, and marketing materials.
  7. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to proactively identify potential communication opportunities or issues.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the company and external stakeholders, such as media outlets and industry associations.
  9. Ensure all communication materials are aligned with company branding and messaging guidelines.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new communication technologies to continuously improve communication strategies.
  11. Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts and industry influencers.
  12. Lead crisis communication efforts and act as a spokesperson for the company when necessary.
  13. Manage and allocate budget for communication initiatives.
  14. Mentor and train junior team members to develop their communication skills.
  15. Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing and communication campaigns.
  16. Monitor and report on the success of communication initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Marketing, Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Strategic Communications Or Related Role
