  1. Oversee and manage the procurement process for the company, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and competitive pricing.
  3. Analyze and evaluate current procurement processes and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop procurement strategies to meet those needs.
  5. Monitor and manage procurement budgets to ensure cost savings and efficiency.
  6. Train and mentor team members on procurement policies and processes.
  7. Conduct market research and keep up-to-date with industry trends to inform procurement decisions.
  8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
  9. Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  10. Resolve any issues or conflicts with suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Keep accurate and detailed records of procurement activities, including contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  12. Stay informed about relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards related to procurement.
  13. Continuously strive to improve procurement operations by implementing new technologies and processes.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner when interacting with suppliers and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Operations Or Supply Chain Management

  • Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Vendor Selection, Negotiation, And Contract Management

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Internal Stakeholders And External Suppliers

  • Experience With Procurement Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And A Demonstrated Ability To Analyze And Interpret Data For Decision-Making Purposes.
