- Collaborate with the Procurement team to develop and execute procurement strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor and analyze procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Oversee the procurement process from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Train and mentor junior procurement team members to develop their skills and knowledge.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance and support.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as needed.

Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Operations, Preferably In The Medical Device Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Procurement Processes, Including Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, And Supplier Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.
Proficiency In Procurement Software And Tools, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Ariba, And A Strong Understanding Of Data Analysis And Reporting.
