  1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our onsite facilities, including inventory management, production, and distribution of products and services.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and improve efficiency, while maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
  4. Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve goals and objectives.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any operational issues or challenges.
  6. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  7. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
  9. Develop and maintain budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
