- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our onsite facilities, including inventory management, production, and distribution of products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operations and improve efficiency, while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ensure that all operations are in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.
- Lead and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any operational issues or challenges.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.

Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Operations Management, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
