  1. Lead the implementation of key business processes to drive efficiencies and improve overall performance.
  2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute project plans for process implementation.
  3. Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  4. Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  5. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met within designated timeframes.
  6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
  7. Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress updates to key stakeholders.
  8. Identify and address potential risks and roadblocks during the implementation process.
  9. Manage and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the implementation process.
  10. Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures.
  11. Monitor and track the success of implemented processes and make recommendations for further improvements.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends related to process implementation.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives.
  14. Collaborate with other associate managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
  15. Contribute to the overall success of the company by actively participating in company initiatives and promoting a positive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Operations Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Business Process Implementation Or Project Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Lean/Six Sigma Methodologies And Experience With Process Improvement Initiatives.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Experience Working In The Medical Device Industry Or Other Highly Regulated Environment Is Preferred.
