  1. Support the Mako product line by providing technical expertise and assistance to surgeons, hospital staff, and sales representatives.
  2. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to educate customers on the features and benefits of the Mako system.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for the Mako product line.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in robotic-assisted surgery to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  5. Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials and resources for the Mako system.
  6. Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and inform product development initiatives.
  7. Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities for the Mako product line.
  8. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers to ensure optimal use of the Mako system.
  9. Continuously monitor and track product performance and provide regular updates to management.
  10. Attend industry conferences and events to represent Stryker and promote the Mako product line.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  12. Embody the Stryker mission and values, and contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Support.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To A Variety Of Audiences.

  • Knowledge Of Orthopedic Surgery And Understanding Of Surgical Procedures.

  • Ability To Travel Frequently And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
