  1. Support the sales and marketing efforts of the Mako robotic arm assisted surgery system.
  2. Collaborate with experienced Product Specialists to gain knowledge and expertise in the field of orthopedics.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for healthcare professionals and potential clients.
  4. Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, patients, and internal team members.
  5. Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote the Mako system and build relationships with potential clients.
  6. Stay informed about market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the team.
  7. Help develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve goals.
  8. Provide technical support to customers and assist with troubleshooting.
  9. Participate in product development meetings and provide feedback on product improvements and innovations.
  10. Continuously learn and stay up-to-date on product features, updates, and new applications.
  11. Maintain accurate and thorough records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations at all times.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Biomedical Engineering Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Support Within The Orthopedic Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Surgical Procedures And Knowledge Of Orthopedic Implants And Instruments.

  • Excellent Communication Skills And Ability To Build Relationships With Surgeons And Hospital Staff.

  • Ability To Travel Frequently And Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
