  1. Provide technical support and training on the Mako robotic system to surgeons and hospital staff.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons and hospital staff to ensure satisfaction and continued use of the Mako system.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate potential customers on the benefits and capabilities of the Mako system.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to effectively communicate and promote the Mako system.
  5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  6. Assist with resolving any technical issues or concerns related to the Mako system.
  7. Continuously learn and improve knowledge of the Mako system and other Stryker products.
  8. Represent Stryker and the Mako system at industry events and conferences.
  9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  10. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for promoting the Mako system.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Travel to various locations as needed to provide support and training on the Mako system.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, promoting our values and culture in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Technical Support.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Kinesiology.

  • Strong Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Healthcare Professionals And Internal Team Members.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Orthopedic Surgical Procedures And Medical Terminology.

  • Ability To Travel Up To 75% Of The Time And Work Flexible Hours, Including Evenings And Weekends.
