  1. Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the use of the Mako system.
  2. Collaborate with various healthcare professionals and team members to ensure successful implementation and utilization of the Mako system.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers and key stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements and updates to the Mako system and communicate this information to healthcare professionals.
  5. Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the Mako system and increase sales.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Conduct thorough evaluations of customer needs and provide solutions and recommendations for the implementation of the Mako system.
  8. Provide on-site support during surgical procedures using the Mako system to ensure proper usage and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  9. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  10. Attend and participate in medical conferences and events to represent the Mako system and educate attendees on its benefits.
  11. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and activities.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as all regulatory and compliance requirements.
  13. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills related to the Mako system and the medical device industry.
