  1. Provide technical support and training to surgeons and hospital staff on the Mako robotic system.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and assist in product demonstrations.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in orthopedic technology to continuously improve product knowledge and training techniques.
  5. Conduct workshops and seminars to educate customers on the benefits and capabilities of the Mako system.
  6. Address and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and effective manner.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to gather customer feedback and provide insights for product improvement.
  8. Attend conferences and tradeshows to promote the Mako system and network with potential customers.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Previous Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Support, Preferably In The Orthopedic Or Surgical Field.

  • Strong Understanding Of Anatomy And Orthopedic Surgical Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present And Train Healthcare Professionals On Product Usage.

  • Willingness To Travel Extensively And Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
