  1. Demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of Stryker's Mako robotic arm technology.
  2. Educate and train healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of the Mako system.
  3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to increase product adoption.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any product-related inquiries or issues.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
  7. Represent Stryker at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
  8. Maintain accurate and detailed records of product inventory and sales data.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
  10. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures And Medical Terminology, With A Strong Understanding Of Anatomy And Physiology.

  • Experience With Mako Robotic Systems Or Other Surgical Navigation Technology Is Preferred, Along With A Willingness To Travel And Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
