- Demonstrate proficiency and knowledge of Stryker's Mako robotic arm technology.
- Educate and train healthcare professionals on the use and benefits of the Mako system.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic plans to increase product adoption.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing any product-related inquiries or issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology.
- Represent Stryker at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of product inventory and sales data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth within the company.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Customer-Facing Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures And Medical Terminology, With A Strong Understanding Of Anatomy And Physiology.
Experience With Mako Robotic Systems Or Other Surgical Navigation Technology Is Preferred, Along With A Willingness To Travel And Work In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment.
