  1. Provide exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and patients by serving as the initial point of contact for inquiries and support related to Mako products.
  2. Educate and train healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of Mako products through in-service sessions and product demonstrations.
  3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with current customers.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to provide relevant and accurate information to customers.
  5. Support surgical cases by providing technical assistance and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during surgeries.
  6. Complete all administrative tasks related to product support, including maintaining records, inventory management, and report generation.
  7. Participate in company training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
  8. Communicate feedback and insights from customers to the product development team to contribute to the improvement of Mako products.
  9. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.

Job Qualifications
  • Ability To Travel Frequently And Work Independently In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biology, Engineering, Or Healthcare Management.

  • At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Support.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Orthopedic Surgical Procedures And Products, Particularly In The Area Of Joint Replacement.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Surgeons, Hospital Staff, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
