  1. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of Stryker's Mako robotic technology and its applications in the field of orthopedic surgery.
  2. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to surgeons, hospital staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, hospital administrators, and distributors.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential leads and partnerships, to drive sales and revenue growth.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and recommendations to the company.
  6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  7. Train and educate surgeons and hospital staff on the safe and proper use of Stryker's Mako technology.
  8. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  10. Continuously gather and report market feedback and customer insights to drive product improvements and enhancements.

Job Qualifications
  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Targets And Building Strong Customer Relationships.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field (Such As Biomedical Engineering, Marketing, Or Business)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Support, Preferably In Orthopedic Or Surgical Fields
