  1. Train and educate customers on the safe and effective use of the Mako robotic arm-assisted surgical system.
  2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using the Mako system.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
  4. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand the use of the Mako system.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in medical technology to effectively communicate the benefits of the Mako system to customers.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the Mako system.
  7. Assist in the installation and setup of the Mako system at customer sites, ensuring proper calibration and functionality.
  8. Provide ongoing support and training to customers as needed to ensure optimal use and satisfaction with the Mako system.
  9. Attend conferences and trade shows to promote the Mako system and network with potential customers.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback from customers and identify areas for improvement in the Mako system.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and guidelines.
  12. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company's CRM system.
  13. Continuously strive to meet and exceed performance metrics and sales targets.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador for Stryker, representing the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.
  15. Embrace a team-oriented approach, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve company goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Biology, Or Healthcare

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Support

  • Familiarity With Orthopedic Surgical Procedures And Equipment

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Surgeons And Hospital Staff

  • Ability To Travel Frequently And Work Independently To Support Multiple Territories And Customer Needs.
