- Train and educate customers on the safe and effective use of the Mako robotic arm-assisted surgical system.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers using the Mako system.

- Collaborate with internal teams to gather feedback from customers and identify areas for improvement in the Mako system.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Engineering, Biology, Or Healthcare
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Support
Familiarity With Orthopedic Surgical Procedures And Equipment
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Surgeons And Hospital Staff
