  1. Collaborate with team members to effectively promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and use of Stryker's Mako robotic arm assisted technology.
  2. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the Mako system, its components, and its applications in order to effectively train and assist healthcare professionals.
  3. Act as a trusted advisor to healthcare professionals by providing reliable and accurate information on Stryker's products and services.
  4. Continuously enhance product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and developments to effectively communicate with customers and drive sales.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to identify potential leads and contribute to sales strategies and initiatives.
  6. Assist with product demonstrations and trials to showcase the benefits and capabilities of the Mako system to potential customers.
  7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to healthcare professionals during and after procedures.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to provide customer feedback and contribute to the improvement of Stryker's products and services.
  10. Represent Stryker in a professional manner at industry events and conferences to promote the company's products and services.
  11. Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Medical Device Sales Or Clinical Support.

  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Customers And Colleagues.

  • Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures And Medical Terminology.

  • Ability To Travel Extensively And Work Flexible Hours, Including Weekends And Evenings.
