- Provide education and training: The Associate Mako Product Specialist will be responsible for providing education and training to healthcare professionals on the use of our cutting-edge robotic technology in orthopedic surgery.
- Support healthcare professionals: The individual in this role will be expected to offer support to healthcare professionals, including troubleshooting and problem-solving, to ensure successful use of the technology.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Biomedical Engineering Or A Related Science.
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Or Clinical Support Role, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Orthopedic Surgical Procedures And Medical Terminology.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills To Effectively Train And Educate Surgeons And Hospital Staff On Mako Products.
Ability To Travel Extensively And Work Flexible Hours To Support Surgical Cases And Attend Training Events.
