  1. Assist in the installation and setup of medical equipment in hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  2. Work closely with senior technicians to learn proper installation techniques and procedures.
  3. Conduct pre-installation site surveys to ensure proper equipment placement and setup.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment or installation issues that may arise.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates on project progress.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while working on site.
  7. Maintain accurate records of installation activities and equipment inventory.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.

  11. Ensure that all installations are completed within the given timeframe and meet quality standards.
  12. Provide excellent customer service and support to clients before, during, and after the installation process.

  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  15. Assist in training new technicians and providing guidance to less experienced team members.
  16. Travel to various locations as required to complete installations.

  19. Participate in team meetings and provide input for process improvements.
  20. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and productivity in the installation process.

Job Qualifications
  • Education And Training: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For An Associate Installation Technician At Stryker. Additionally, Candidates Should Have Relevant Technical Training Or Certification In Areas Such As Electronics, Mechanics, Or Medical Equipment.
