The ideal candidate will be a dedicated professional with a passion for financial management and a commitment to excellence.The Associate Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. This role requires advanced knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience working in a finance-related role. The ideal candidate should also have a proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies, as well as being able to effectively collaborate with various departments and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee company’s financial operations and ensure all policies and procedures are followed
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies
  3. Prepare and analyze financial statements
  4. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
  5. Monitor financial performance and identify potential areas of improvement
  6. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders
  7. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  8. Provide leadership and guidance to finance team members
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors
  10. Stay up-to-date on trends and developments in the field of finance
