- Conduct regular preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other technicians and healthcare professionals to identify and address equipment-related concerns.
- Keep detailed records of all service visits, including equipment status, repairs made, and parts used.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all equipment models and stay updated on new product developments and upgrades.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working in various healthcare settings.

- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, maintaining a strong reputation for quality service.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upgrades or replacements for equipment, and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Travel to various locations, sometimes on short notice, to provide emergency repairs and support.
- Maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and equipment to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including completing required documentation and reporting on time.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Or Service-Related Field, Preferably In The Medical Device Industry.
Proficiency In Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Mechanical And Electrical Systems.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Customers And Team Members.
