  1. Provide technical support and maintenance for Stryker medical equipment at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Stryker products in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Install, set up, and calibrate medical equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  4. Conduct regular preventative maintenance and quality assurance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Act as a liaison between customers and Stryker, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing any concerns or questions.
  6. Train healthcare staff on the proper use and maintenance of Stryker products.
  7. Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and replacements.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements to products and services.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to provide the best possible support to customers.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and regulations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Or Business.

  • Previous Experience In A Customer Service Or Technical Support Role.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Equipment And Devices, Particularly In The Orthopedic Or Surgical Fields.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Both Internal And External Stakeholders.
