- Support the training and development of junior engineers and interns as needed.
- Actively participate in product testing and validation activities to ensure product safety and efficacy.

Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or Related Field.
At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Designing And Developing Custom Medical Implants.
Strong Knowledge Of Cad Software, Such As Solidworks Or Autocad.
Experience With Materials Selection And Testing For Medical Devices.
Ability To Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Surgeons And Other Stakeholders.
