  13. Meet production quotas and deadlines.
  14. Assist in training and mentoring new assembly technicians.
  15. Attend and participate in team meetings and trainings as required.

Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For An Assembly Technician At Stryker Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Understand And Follow Instructions.

  • Previous Assembly Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Assembly Work, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Medical Device Industry. This Demonstrates Their Ability To Work With Tools, Follow Assembly Processes, And Pay Attention To Detail.

  • Basic Computer Skills: As An Assembly Technician, The Candidate May Be Required To Use Computerized Systems For Inventory Management, Quality Control, And Other Tasks. Basic Computer Skills Are Essential For This Role To Ensure Efficient And Accurate Work.
