Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For An Assembly Technician At Stryker Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Level Of Education And Is Able To Understand And Follow Instructions.

  • Previous Assembly Experience: Candidates Should Have Previous Experience In Assembly Work, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Medical Device Industry. This Demonstrates Their Ability To Work With Tools, Follow Assembly Processes, And Pay Attention To Detail.
