
Assembly Technician
Stryker is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Assembly Technician to join our team and help us continue to deliver groundbreaking advancements in medical technology. We are seeking an individual with a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a key contributor in the assembly of medical products for our customers, and will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and innovation.To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, two or more years of experience in mechanical assembly, and a solid understanding of basic shop safety and tool use. Previous experience working with medical equipment is preferred but not required.To truly excel in this role, you must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You must be able to work independently and in a team setting, and must be comfortable working in a high-volume, dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Assemble medical products according to procedures and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot issues with assemblies and make necessary repairs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

- Monitor inventory levels and order new parts and materials as needed.
