Job Description

Stryker is looking for a highly motivated and passionate Assembly Technician to join our team and help us continue to deliver groundbreaking advancements in medical technology. We are seeking an individual with a strong technical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a key contributor in the assembly of medical products for our customers, and will help us maintain our reputation for excellence and innovation.To be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent, two or more years of experience in mechanical assembly, and a solid understanding of basic shop safety and tool use. Previous experience working with medical equipment is preferred but not required.To truly excel in this role, you must be a self-starter with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. You must be able to work independently and in a team setting, and must be comfortable working in a high-volume, dynamic environment. Above all, you must be passionate about contributing to our mission of helping to improve the lives of patients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assemble medical products according to procedures and guidelines.
  2. Troubleshoot issues with assemblies and make necessary repairs.
  3. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  4. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  5. Follow quality assurance protocols.
  6. Ensure that all product specifications are met.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and order new parts and materials as needed.
  8. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
  9. Follow all company policies and procedures.
  10. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
