- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success within the ASC market in the Heartland region.
- Manage and oversee key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and changes in the ASC landscape to inform business strategies and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services tailored to the needs of the ASC market.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and provide insights to senior management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business partners, and industry influencers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
- Represent Stryker at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our products and services and build brand awareness.

Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Healthcare Sales, Marketing, Or Operations Management.
Demonstrated Success In Developing And Executing Strategic Plans To Achieve Business Objectives.
Knowledge Of The Medical Device Industry And Experience Working With Ascs (Ambulatory Surgery Centers) Is Preferred.
