- Lead and oversee all aspects of data migration projects, ensuring successful execution and delivery within given timelines.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Stryker's PLM system and data architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and define migration strategies.
- Design and implement complex data mapping and transformation processes to ensure accurate and efficient migration of PLM data.
- Develop and maintain data migration best practices, standards, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any data migration issues or discrepancies.
- Monitor data quality and integrity throughout the migration process and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders, including senior management.
- Mentor and train team members on data migration processes, tools, and techniques.
