  1. Conduct regular assessments and audits of Stryker's information systems to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
  2. Develop and implement effective security measures, protocols, and policies to protect the company's data and systems.
  3. Monitor and analyze security events and incidents, and respond quickly and effectively to mitigate any potential threats.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as HIPAA and GDPR.
  5. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in cybersecurity, and make recommendations for improvements and enhancements to current systems and processes.
  6. Provide training and support to employees on security best practices and procedures.
  7. Conduct regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses and proactively address them.
  8. Work closely with the IT department to implement and maintain security solutions, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
  9. Investigate and respond to any security incidents or breaches, and lead incident response efforts.
  10. Create and maintain documentation related to cybersecurity processes, procedures, and policies.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to ensure that security is considered from the beginning and integrated into all aspects of the company's operations.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to provide updates on security risks, incidents, and solutions.
  13. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current security measures, and make recommendations for improvements as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Cybersecurity, Preferably In A Large Corporate Environment.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Cybersecurity Principles And Best Practices, Including Threat Detection And Prevention, Risk Assessment, And Incident Response.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Security Issues.

  • Relevant Certifications Such As Certified Information Systems Security Professional (Cissp) Or Certified Information Security Manager (Cism) Are Preferred.
