  1. Conduct quality control inspections on incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  2. Utilize advanced measurement tools and techniques to perform detailed and accurate quality tests and analyses.
  3. Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation to ensure consistency and traceability.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Provide technical support and guidance to production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  6. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  7. Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions to prevent quality issues from recurring.
  8. Maintain calibration and maintenance schedules for quality testing equipment.
  9. Assist with internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and regulations related to quality control and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Train and mentor new quality technicians on quality control procedures and practices.
  12. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  13. Communicate with suppliers and external partners to resolve quality issues and improve overall product quality.
  14. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes and procedures.
  15. Document and report all quality control activities and results to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Control/Assurance In A Medical Device Or Regulated Industry

  • Proficiency In Quality Management Systems And Tools Such As Iso 13485 And Six Sigma Methodologies

  • Strong Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Standards Relevant To Medical Devices, Such As Fda Regulations And Eu Mdr

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Lead Investigations And Implement Corrective Actions.
