Product Development Manager

We are searching for an innovative, experienced and motivated Product Development Manager to join the Steve Madden family. As our Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving product development processes and initiatives, while ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced product development manager to join a dynamic, fashion-forward organization and to make a positive impact on the development of our products.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in product design/development within the apparel, footwear, and/or accessory industries. You must have a Bachelor’s degree in fashion design or related field, as well as excellent organizational and project management skills. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of product development processes, including design, sourcing, production, and quality assurance. Strong leadership skills, combined with a creative eye and a deep understanding of the fashion industry, will be essential for success in this role.
