We’re looking for a Meat Cutter who has the necessary experience and qualifications to provide quality cuts, excellent customer service and ensure food safety regulations are followed.The ideal candidate for this position will have at least two years' experience in the Meat Cutting industry, excellent knife skills, and knowledge of USDA Meat Cutting standards. You must be able to perform in a fast-paced environment, be customer service-oriented and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities:

1. Cut, trim and prepare a variety of meats for sale in the store.
2. Receive and inspect meat deliveries to ensure freshness and quality.
3. Ensure all safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
5. Assist customers with selecting, packing and weighing of meat products.
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
7. Restock shelves and rotate merchandise as needed.
8. Prepare specialty items as requested by customers.
9. Communicate customer requests or complaints to the appropriate department.
10. Ensure all equipment is in good working order.
