As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, cutting various types of meat, and ensuring that the highest standards of food safety and sanitation are being met. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of meat cutting techniques, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service skills. They must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail meat cutting environment, have the ability to lift 50 lbs, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable advice to customers about various types of meat.
2. Cut various types of meat to customer specifications.
3. Ensure that the highest standards of food safety and sanitation are being met.
4. Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and stock levels of the meat department.
5. Train and mentor new employees in the meat department.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures.
7. Ensure that all meat products are properly labeled and priced.
8. Assist in stocking and rotating product in the meat department.
9. Lift and move boxes of meat weighing up to 50 lbs.
10. Work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to all safety standards.
