Field Technician
Support Retail Store Point of Sale Infrastructure including but not limited to: Networking, Workstations and Battery Backup Systems. Repair, troubleshoot, and maintain all store electronic equipment. Provide user support via phone or remote desktop applications. Setup and implement new equipment. Night installations and other time constricted projects. Communicate with all levels of management for problem determination and resolution. Provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday support as needed on a rotating basis. Help train Jr. Technicians and assist with their growth.
9+ years of experience working on Personal Computers.
Current / continued enrollment in a College or Technical Program in pursuit of degree(s) or certificate(s) is preferable.
Knowledge of basic AC/DC electrical theory.
Knowledge of electronic circuits and ability to repair circuit boards.
A+ Hardware / Software and Microsoft Certifications preferred.
