Distribution Center Supervisor

The Distribution Center Supervisor will be responsible for managing the distribution center team, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled and shipped on time, and working with other departments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.We’re seeking applicants with a minimum of two years of experience in operations management, a high school diploma or equivalent, and an understanding of warehouse operations. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the distribution center team, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled and shipped on time.
2. Work with other departments to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
4. Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of orders and shipments.
5. Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with other teams to resolve them.
6. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations.
7. Train and develop staff to ensure team performance.
8. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors and other stakeholders.
9. Analyze and report on operational performance and provide suggestions for improvement.
10. Monitor and manage budget to ensure fiscal responsibility.
