Distribution Center Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the distribution center, ensuring that all operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
2. Supervise and direct staff in order to meet customer service standards, safety regulations, and productivity goals.
3. Monitor and analyze distribution center performance and identify areas for improvement.
4. Ensure that all orders are filled and shipped accurately and on time.
5. Maintain inventory levels and ensure accuracy in inventory records.
6. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
7. Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure safety in the workplace.
8. Prepare and review reports to track performance, goals, and progress.
9. Train and mentor staff on warehouse operations and procedures.
10. Collaborate with other departments in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
