Job Description

Stater Bros. is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative who will be the face of our company, assisting customers both in-store and over the phone.At Stater Bros., we pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and creating a positive customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for helping customers with their inquiries, helping them find items, and completing transactions. We are looking for someone who is a natural problem-solver, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a genuine passion for helping others.We are looking for someone who has at least two years of customer service experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. You must also be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, have a friendly and outgoing personality, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
