Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Stater Bros. The successful candidate should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a strong focus on problem solving.To excel in this role, you should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a friendly and professional attitude. Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
  2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  3. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  4. Resolve customer complaints through proper channels.
  5. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  6. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  7. Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  8. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  9. Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  10. Monitor customer service metrics and suggest improvements.
