This position is an integral part of our store’s success, and the successful candidate will have a positive attitude and a strong commitment to customer service. The Courtesy Clerk will provide a helpful and positive shopping experience for customers, ensuring their satisfaction by providing assistance with locating items, bagging groceries, and maintaining the store environment.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, be able to multi-task, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You should also be able to lift and move items of various sizes and weights and possess basic math skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable and punctual, as well as highly organized and self-motivated. Responsibilities: • Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner • Assist customers with locating items and bagging groceries • Maintain a clean and orderly store environment • Assist customers with loading groceries into their vehicles • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner • Process payments and provide change for customers • Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management • Follow established policies and procedures • Adhere to health and safety protocols • Perform other duties as assigned
