Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service • Accurately ring up customers using the register system • Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner • Process payments and issue receipts to customers • Count and balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the checkout area • Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles • Provide store and product information to customers • Follow safety and security procedures • Participate in store meetings and training sessions
