Cashier

As a Cashier you will provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional, friendly demeanor while processing transactions accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, an excellent work ethic, and have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who takes initiative and is eager to learn. To be considered for this role, you must have high school diploma or equivalent, at least 6 months of cashier experience, and knowledge of basic math and accounting principles.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner and provide excellent customer service.
2. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
3. Maintain a professional, friendly demeanor at all times.
4. Answer customer inquiries and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
5. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
6. Monitor and restock cash register supplies as needed.
7. Count and balance cash drawer regularly.
8. Process returns and refunds in accordance with company policy.
9. Keep the checkout area clean and orderly.
10. Stay up to date on product information and pricing.
